UPDATE 5/27/26: Had Way Cool Plumbing & Air back out today to service/tune-up the A/C at the rental property I manage, and once again Ping Moeveve was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through all the system readings, ratings, and overall performance of the A/C in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed. As someone managing a property, transparency and trust matter a lot, and Ping definitely delivers both. It’s rare to find technicians who not only know their trade but also genuinely care about educating the customer and providing top-tier service.
